Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a remote Claims Assistant - Contents Evaluation to evaluate residential and commercial contents inventories, applying policy language and exclusions as needed.

The role supports time tracking, field activity logs, and phone inquiries; HS diploma or GED is required, and an adjuster license is preferred for advancement. The position offers remote work with potential for growth within the claims department.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Accounting and/or insurance background preferred.
• Resident Insurance Adjuster License preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluates residential and commercial contents inventories on Replacement Cost and ACV bases.
• Applies policy exclusions and limitations when evaluating claims.
• Tracks time and logs daily field activity.
• Assists with answering telephone inquiries.
