Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Contents Evaluator Associate to assess inventories on a Replacement Cost and Actual Cash Value basis. You will prepare reporting materials, coordinate with the Contents Adjuster, and handle replacement receipts as part of a collaborative claims team.

The role requires strong communication, PC literacy, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A high school diploma is required, with a Resident Adjuster license preferred, and a supportive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• License as a Resident Insurance Adjuster (Fire and Other Hazards) preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates contents inventories on Replacement Cost and ACV bases.
• Prepares enclosures, letters, and detailed notes for reporting.
• Facilitates use of replacement services as requested.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Applies policy limitations and exclusions as applicable.
• Tracks time and logs daily field activity.
• Supports quality program and performs other duties as assigned.
