Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Contents Evaluator Associate to join our claims teams. You will evaluate residential and commercial contents inventories on Replacement Cost and Actual Cash Value, prepare enclosures and reporting letters, and support replacement services as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and an insurance license (preferred), plus one year of customer service experience. This is a telecommuter position with multiple state options and an hourly pay range of $19–$20.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Resident Insurance Adjuster License (Fire and Other Hazards) preferred.
• One year customer service experience or equivalent.
• Accounting and insurance background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates contents inventories on Replacement Cost and ACV.
• Finalizes inventory with enclosures, letters and detailed notes.
• Facilitates replacement services as requested by Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Applies policy limitations and exclusions.
• Tracks time and logs daily field activity.
• Performs other duties and supports quality programs.
