American Family Insurance is seeking an Associate Claims Care Center Representative to manage customer interactions on new and existing claims. This role is primarily home-based with occasional office visits, and requires commuting within a 50-mile radius of designated offices.

You will review coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and process payments while delivering outstanding service. The position offers hourly compensation and may relocate support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
• Ability to review and apply coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Ability to work independently and problem solve.
• Experience handling interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digital channels.

Responsibilities
