The role supports with coverage reviews, estimate interpretation, and payments, with home-based work and occasional office visits within commuting distance to specified offices.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining accurate claim inventories.

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
• Ability to review and apply coverage, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Experience handling interactions via inbound/outbound calls and digital channels.
