Job summary

American Family Insurance is hiring an Associate Claims Care Center Representative. The role handles customer interactions on new and existing claims, reviews coverage, processes payments, and may assist with low-complexity inventory. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $31.88 per hour, with relocation support available.

Most work is home-based; occasional office attendance may be required. Travel is up to 10%.
