Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to highly complex claims from diverse sources.
• Manage a high volume of claims and assigned caseload for expedited handling.
• Answer calls, chats, emails and voicemails per guidelines; assist with inquiries.
• Explain terms and options of claim settlements, reimbursements and cash out.
• Pilot innovative company initiatives and act as a Subject Matter Expert.
