Reserv is seeking an experienced Commercial Passenger Transportation Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to manage BI claims for limousine, motorcoach, and related fleets. You will educate customers, triage losses, and coordinate with operators, claimants, and attorneys to reach prompt resolutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on commercial transportation bodily injury claims.
• Active adjuster license: resident-state license where available or DHS; obtain others within 60 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; lack of one should not disqualify if other qualifications met.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and policy provisions.
• Experience managing litigated files and working with defense counsel.
• Ability to analyze claims data and make decisions per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality service; initiate investigations and resolve claims.
• Gather information from all parties and explain policy coverage.
• Manage inventory of bodily injury claims and establish initial reserves.
• Investigate liability and evaluate injuries and damages with supporting docs.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and coordinate with counsel.
• Coordinate with outside investigators and other departments to resolve claims.
• Identify recovery opportunities and escalation needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs.
• Engage in continual learning about commercial passenger carrier claims.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of claim guidelines and processes.
