Reserv is an insurtech focused on AI and automation to streamline claims for limousine, motorcoach, and passenger fleets. We seek a highly organized, customer-focused Commercial Transportation Claims Adjuster to manage 1st and 3rd party PD/Total Loss files with initiative and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial transportation claims; 7+ years across lines of business.
• Active adjuster license and ability to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and policy provisions.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus with proactive problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, courteous service to all involved parties by initiating investigations, responding to inquiries, and resolving claims.
• Gather necessary information from all parties to initiate the claim and explain policy, coverage, and action.
• Manage an inventory of claims, establish initial reserves, and adjust as necessary.
• Coordinate vendor assessment and settlement for vehicles and buses within approved payment authority.
• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities and total loss considerations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of claim guidelines and processes.
