Reserv is seeking detail-oriented Commercial Passenger Transportation Claims Adjusters to handle 1st and 3rd party PD/Total Loss claims for limousine, motorcoaches, and passenger buses. You will educate customers and guide them toward favorable outcomes while managing a claims inventory and collaborating across departments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial transportation claims, with a valid adjuster license.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in commercial transportation claims (1st and 3rd party PD/Total Loss).
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Active adjuster license in resident state or Designated Home State (DHS); obtain other licenses within 60 days.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and policy provisions relevant to passenger carrier operations.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate claims data and perform coverage analysis.

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality service by initiating investigations and resolving claims.
• Gather information from all parties to initiate claims and explain policy and coverage.
• Manage an inventory of claims and establish initial reserves; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate vendor engagement for appraisals, repairs, towing, and loss-of-use considerations.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and potential recovery options.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of claim guidelines and processes.
