Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated Civil Rights Investigator to support investigation and resolution of discrimination in service delivery. You will coordinate data collection, ensure compliant documentation, and contribute to enterprise-wide insights and improvements.

The role emphasizes ADA/Title VI/Section 1557 compliance, collaboration with multiple teams, and strong communication with staff and leadership across a large health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related clinical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, clinical or administrative health care, and policy/program development.

Responsabilités

• Support and conduct investigation and resolution of civil rights and language access complaints.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate, and prevent risk related to civil rights concerns.
• Maintain confidential documentation of complaints, investigations, and resolutions per policies.
• Lead tracking, analysis, and reporting of civil rights and language access complaints.
