Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in civil rights or healthcare equity, with strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with ADA and CMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, or health policy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulatory acumen.
• Experience investigating and resolving civil rights complaints.
• Familiarity with ADA, Section 1557, Title VI and CMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve civil rights complaints, escalating as needed.
• Maintain confidential documentation per policy and regulatory standards.
• Lead data collection, validation, and reporting for regulatory needs.
• Support training and dissemination of civil rights procedures.
• Collaborate with Clinical Risk, Patient Experience, and related teams.
