Advocate Health is seeking a Civil Rights Investigator to support the Civil Rights team. This fully remote role spans states allowed for remote work and involves coordinating investigations and data management for discrimination in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related clinical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, clinical or administrative health care, and policy/program development.
• Ability to analyze and provide expert consultation on civil rights and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct the investigation and resolution of civil rights and language access complaints.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to civil rights concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
• Lead tracking, analysis, and reporting of civil rights data for enterprise insights.
• Coordinate collection and validation of patient demographic data for regulatory reporting.
• Contribute to development and dissemination of civil rights training.
