Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related clinical discipline.
• 3+ years in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, clinical/administrative health care, and policy/program development.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct investigations and resolutions of civil rights and language access complaints, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate, and prevent risk related to civil rights concerns.
• Maintain confidential documentation of complaints, investigations, and resolutions per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead tracking, analysis, and reporting of civil rights and language access complaints for enterprise insights.
• Coordinate collection and validation of patient demographic data to support regulatory reporting.
