Advocate Health is hiring for a fully remote Civil Rights Investigator role, coordinating receipt, investigation, and resolution of discrimination in service delivery. The position supports data collection and regulatory compliance across multiple states with a pay range of $35.50–$53.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include investigating civil rights and language access complaints, maintaining documentation, and preparing compliance plans.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related clinical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, clinical or administrative health care, and policy/program development.

Mansioni

• Support and conduct the investigation and resolution of lower-moderate acuity civil rights and language access complaints.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate and prevent risk related to civil rights concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
• Lead the tracking, analysis, and reporting of civil rights and language access complaints.
