Job summary

Electria is seeking a Civil Engineer PE for a remote role to lead design, specifications and construction of civil infrastructure across a North American portfolio. You will be the principal for site layouts, foundations and supporting structures with hands-on project management.

You’ll coordinate third parties, monitor tenders, RFIs and QA/QC, and serve as the main liaison with agencies for road improvements. Ideal candidates hold a PE license and 3+ years in renewables.

Qualifications

• PE license is required.
• Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university; EIT desirable.
• 3+ years' relevant experience in the renewables industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage third parties and Owner's Engineering services throughout project delivery.
• Support tender processes, contract negotiations and due diligence.
• Manage the RFI and submittal process via Procore and oversee QA/QC procedures.
• Act as primary contact for road improvements with outside agencies (DOT, commissioners, etc.).
• Conduct site visits/inspections and supervise contractor proposals and works; capture and share lessons learned across projects.
