Job summary

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Engineer 1 to work on renewable energy projects within the Power Generation sector. This role offers hybrid or remote work options and focuses on developing professionally as an engineer while applying civil site design knowledge on energy-related projects.

You will contribute to design, permitting, and construction activities and grow in client management, proposal development, and task leadership within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires BS Engineering and PE licensure.
• Minimum 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design civil site plans, including grading, drainage, utilities and roadwork.
• Prepare permits and manage construction activities.
• Lead assigned civil site tasks and interface with clients.
• Develop civil site proposals and manage project scopes, schedules and budgets.
