Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering, with site civil, geotechnical, or environmental focus; equivalent experience accepted.
• Professional Engineer license in place or eligible.
• 2–3 years of site civil design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory climate and ability to negotiate with regulators.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prepare concise technical documentation with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to support business development and client relationships.
• Well-developed reputation in the local market and integrity in professionalism.
• Willingness to travel and contribute as part of a global ERM team.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, permitting, and implementation of complex engineering assignments.
• Oversee development of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, permit applications, and calculations.
• Manage and support multidisciplinary project teams delivering renewable energy and power sector projects.
• Contribute to project controls like scheduling, labor resourcing, and cost estimating.
• Support ERM's engineering services growth through technical excellence and client service.
• Build relationships with engineering and environmental professionals across North America and globally.
