Job summary

Open Mind Health is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist) with experience in providing virtual mental health care to children and adolescents.

This 100% remote telehealth opportunity offers $70–$80/hour as a 1099 Independent Contractor with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license in one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfort with telehealth technology and remote care.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
• Ability to work remotely with clients in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Develop age-appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team and adhere to licensing requirements.
