Job summary

Open Mind Health seeks fully licensed California therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents. You will assess developmental and mental health needs, develop age-appropriate plans, and collaborate with parents when appropriate. This 100% remote role requires active CA licensure and a minimum 20 hours weekly availability.

Compensation is $70–$80 per hour as a 1099 Independent Contractor with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Psychologist PsyD/PhD).
• Experience with virtual mental health care for children and adolescents preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and family/caregiver collaboration.
• Minimum 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Develop age-appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive care and complete clinical documentation.
