Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking licensed California therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients. This 100% remote role requires active CA licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD/PhD) and offers $70–$80/hour as a 1099 independent contractor with a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

The position focuses on adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and related concerns, with flexible scheduling and telehealth support to fit varied life commitments.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist PsyD/PhD).
• Experience delivering psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver client-centered, evidence-guided care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team and comply with licensing requirements.
