Job summary

Open Mind Health specializes in providing virtual mental health care to children and adolescents. This 100% remote role requires an active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or psychologist) and offers a $70–$80 per hour rate with a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.

Clinicians will assess developmental and emotional needs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with parents while delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist).
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to evidence-based care.
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Develop age-appropriate individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate.
• Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
