Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) to provide virtual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients.

You will work 100% remotely with a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability, flexible scheduling, and compensation at $70–$80 per hour as a 1099 independent contractor. Applicants may reside outside California while serving CA clients.

Qualifications

• Active California license required (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Comfort with telehealth technology and platforms.
• Ability to maintain minimum 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-guided, client-centered care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and collaborate with care team.
