Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) to provide virtual mental health care to children and adolescents. This 100% remote telehealth role requires active CA licensure and a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Applicants may reside outside California. Compensation ranges from $70–$80 per hour, with flexible scheduling as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist).
• Experience with pediatric/adolescent psychotherapy preferred.
• Comfort with virtual care and telehealth technology.
• Commitment to minimum 20 hours weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Develop age-appropriate individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team and comply with licensure requirements.
