Open Mind Health is seeking a fully licensed California therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) to provide virtual mental health care to children and adolescents. This 100% remote role requires an active CA license and offers $70–$80/hour as a 1099 independent contractor with a minimum of 20 hours weekly.

Ideal candidates are experienced in telehealth, culturally responsive, child-focused, and able to collaborate with families while delivering evidence-based treatment.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]).
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms.
• Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Develop age-appropriate individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate.
• Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
