Open Mind Health in the United States is seeking licensed California therapists for a 100% remote adult psychotherapy role, offering $70–$80 per hour as a 1099 contractor and a minimum of 20 hours per week. Active California licensure is required, and clinicians may reside outside California.

The role focuses on adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and related concerns, delivering telehealth therapy with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist).
• Strong clinical skills and evidence-based care.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms.
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsabilités

• Provide virtual individual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support clients presenting with a range of behavioral health and life concerns.
• Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate.
• Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
