Job summary

Journeys is seeking a Chat Support Representative to deliver exceptional service across channels from our onsite Nashville location. You will handle inquiries about orders, promotions, shipments, and returns with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service, strong communication, problem-solving ability, and fluency in English with good typing speed. Weekly pay, paid training, and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance expectations.
• Proficiency in learning new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone to provide information on orders, promotions, shipments, product details, and returns.
• Foster strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
