Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of responses to maximize dispute success.
• Clearly communicate dispute outcomes to merchants to maintain transparency.
• Oversee collection and return of disputed funds while keeping accurate records.
• Assist in proactive monitoring of chargeback volumes to learn fraud trends under senior guidance.
