Berkeley Research Group, LLC (BRG) is seeking an Analyst, Chargeback to join our Payment Operations team remotely in the USA. The role oversees and optimizes the chargeback adjudication process, including bank account registrations, reconciliations in Beacon and SAP, and collaboration with manufacturers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, 3+ years’ experience, and strong MS Excel skills with knowledge of SAP/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of related business experience.
• Experience in contracting, chargeback adjudication within pharmaceuticals/healthcare preferred.
• Leadership, analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP 4HANA, or AR systems preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and advanced Excel.
• Strong technical writing and process management experience.
• Detail-oriented with proactive error prevention.

Responsibilities

• Complete bank account registrations daily for new accounts; coordinate with Product Success.
• Facilitate bank account creation and maintenance; assist cash account with holds.
• Reconcile chargeback credits in Beacon and SAP daily for manufacturers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers and partners to resolve chargeback issues.
• Communicate daily payment amounts to cash accountant and support reconciliations.
• Create daily SAP chargeback payments per agreed process and timelines.
• Maintain target performance goals for chargeback payments and reduce leakage.
• Perform reconciliations of Beacon and SAP master data for customer identifiers (340B).
• Create and maintain manufacturer contracts, pricing, and Beacon membership.
• Support manufacturers and internal teams for banking/financial processes.
• Support SOC 1/2 audits and EDI monitoring; ensure SOC controls documented.
