Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor Chargeback Payments through the CORE,ICS & SAP system.
• Provide leadership to other team members and transfer knowledge across departments.
• Regularly communicate chargeback status, deadlines and process improvements.
• Reconcile incoming Chargebacks submissions and investigate discrepancies.
• Develop, create, run and analyze reports and perform SOX analyses.
• Maintain monthly metrics on wholesaler accounts.
