Job summary

Berkeley Research Group, LLC seeks a Chargeback Analyst to join our Payment Operations team. This role oversees the chargeback adjudication process and ensures timely, accurate payments while maintaining data integrity and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities include daily reconciliation in Beacon and SAP, contract management, and collaboration with manufacturers, internal teams, and covered entities to resolve variances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of related business experience.
• Experience in contracting, chargeback adjudication within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel.
• Ability to verify legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the chargeback adjudication process.
• Reconcile chargeback credits in Beacon and SAP daily.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, internal teams, and covered entities to resolve variances.
• Create and maintain daily SAP chargeback payments for each manufacturer.
• Support SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits as needed.
• Maintain manufacturer contracts, pricing, and contract membership in Beacon.
