Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Systems Engineer to support channel partners on the West Coast in a remote/teleworker role. The Inside Channel/Partner Systems Engineer will advise across switching, wireless, routing, security, and AI-native networking, enabling partners to design, validate, and position HPE Networking solutions.

This role emphasizes scalable inside technical sales support, partner enablement, and building repeatable designs and BOMs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of networking systems engineering, presales or partner-facing role.
• Hands-on experience designing or supporting enterprise campus, branch, and data center networks.
• Experience with channel partners, resellers, or distributors.

Mansioni

• Develop partner technical competency and sales readiness.
• Provide remote presales support across the opportunity lifecycle.
• Help partners qualify opportunities early so they focus on winnable deals.
• Assist with discovery, architecture, product selection, sizing, and configuration.
• Review solution designs, BOMs, and technical proposals.
• Teach partners how to build their own BOMs and designs for sizing and quoting.
• Answer partner questions on SKUs, licensing, and ordering; arrange access to remote demos/labs.
• Deliver webinars, demonstrations, workshops, and enablement sessions.
• Support customer presentations, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Identify partner capability gaps and recommend training paths.
• Develop reusable technical resources and reference designs.
