#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Remote Channel Sales Manager for Access Control & Physical Security. This full-time role focuses on growing channel sales across the US & Canada, collaborating with dealers, integrators, distributors, and sales partners while reporting to the US division president.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial sales experience across access control, physical security, B2B printing solutions, or related physical technology or hardware products
• Experience selling through a channel or dealer network, or experience on the integrator/dealer side of the business
• 25% travel required throughout the US and Canada

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with channel partners and resellers
• Drive channel sales growth through strategic partner development
• Identify and onboard new partners and business opportunities
• Develop relationships with key end users to create pull-through demand
• Support partners with product training, sales tools, and ongoing communication
• Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns and promotions
• Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and partner performance within CRM systems
• Negotiate pricing, programs, and partnership agreements
• Represent the company at partner meetings, industry events, and trade shows
• Assist in developing channel programs and go-to-market strategies
• Provide regular updates on partner activity, pipeline health, and market feedback
