Job summary

The Regional Sales Manager will uncover, identify, develop, and close opportunities within the designated region while presenting product features to end users, consultants and partners.

The role emphasizes travel (50%+) and a strong emphasis on relationship building, negotiation, and CRM discipline. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in security sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales in security, preferably access control or door hardware.
• Outside sales experience with Fortune 1000 or similar clients is a plus.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Present, train and demonstrate product features from a technical and aesthetic view.
• Document all contacts and opportunities in CRM; track progress.
• Develop strategic sales plans for future growth with targeted accounts.
• Review quarterly plans and adjust actions for improvement.
• Travel as required (50%++) and work from a home office.
