Responsibilities

• Improve customer retention and revenue growth for a customer base by managing channel partner relationships.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and health checks.
• Create talk tracks related to customer health and identify at-risk customers.
• Manage channel escalations and coordinate prompt resolutions with clients and teams.
• Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices and growth opportunities.
• Create and deliver training to the sales team on product value and benefits.
• Maintain a high volume of daily partner contacts via phone and email.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and potentially attend vendor events.
