Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive engagement, adoption, and operational excellence across product management, business enablement, and QA teams.

The role focuses on stakeholder empathy, data-driven decisions, and scalable communications to maximize value from software platforms. The position supports flexible location options across Loveland, CO, and other US locations, including remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in Partner/Customer Success, Product Ops, PM, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of the B2B software customer journey and enterprise operating models.
• Experience driving adoption, onboarding, enablement, and scaled communications.
• Proven ability to define metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills across stakeholders.
• Experience working in globally distributed environments and with major systems.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across R&D, Sales, Support and Finance to drive partner success.
• Lead training programs, workshops, and webinars for stakeholder groups across Keysight.
• Develop and run partner engagement programs and bite-sized learning sessions.
• Own communications on roadmaps, release notes, and system announcements.
• Support knowledge bases, playbooks, and self-service learning resources.
• Coordinate investigations and escalations, driving root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops for successful feature rollouts.
