Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Manager of Partner Solutions Architecture in Massachusetts to lead a high-performing team of technical professionals. You will shape partner enablement, drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives, and ensure alignment with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver compelling, scalable solutions across hybrid cloud environments.

You will guide technical design and deployment, develop talent, and monitor success through KPIs and partner outcomes,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Management experience leading technical teams across distributed orgs.
Technical leadership experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Solutions Architects.
Define and execute technical enablement strategies for strategic partners.
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align requirements with go‑to‑market plans.
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key partners.
Design scalable processes and tools to improve enablement efficiency across multi-cloud environments.
Establish technical standards and quality benchmarks for architecture.
Track and report KPIs, including partner certification progress and revenue impact.
Lead recruitment to grow team capabilities for partner ecosystem expansion.
Stay current with industry trends to guide strategic technical direction.
