Job summary

AGM Tech Solutions seeks an experienced Channel Operations Specialist to optimize data-driven processes across third-party distribution partnerships, ensuring data accuracy, smooth workflows, and effective communication between partners and internal teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and Go-to-Market teams to drive process improvements, reconcile data discrepancies, and support metadata management while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of channel/operations or distribution operations experience.
• Strong data management, reconciliation, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with data visualization exposure.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for third-party distribution partnerships, including data alignment and issue resolution.
• Monitor and validate information across external platforms for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance metadata management and efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to coordinate activities.
• Partner with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support channel operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support multiple operational initiatives while maintaining accurate information across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve distribution processes and reporting accuracy.
