Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Distribution Channel Account Manager to join the Data Power and Control Team. This remote role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies with TD SYNNEX and selected national accounts to drive revenue through distributor engagement and joint business planning.

The candidate will have experience in IT distribution, strong sales operations skills, and the ability to navigate matrixed organizations to accelerate market adoption of Legrand’s Data Center

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales, channel management, distribution roles.
• Proven experience with IT distributors and national reseller networks.
• Experience building and executing channel business plans and growth initiatives.
• Strong sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with IT distributors and national accounts.
• Lead distributor engagement and joint business planning to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and performance reviews with partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, field sales, product management, and operations to advance channel initiatives.
• Manage pipeline tracking, rebates, reporting, and CRM hygiene with distributor partners.
