Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the Power & Thermal Management division. You will act as the primary post-sales technical contact for enterprise customers, guiding deployments and ensuring success across teams.

Responsibilities include relationship management, escalation handling, and strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities and align product direction with customer roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a customer-facing environment such as enterprise support or technical account management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executives and technical teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
• Build trusted relationships and advocate for customer needs within Legrand.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and quarterly health reviews.
• Help customers achieve business outcomes and maximize value of solutions.
• Troubleshoot escalations and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
