Qualifications

• University degree required with substantial change management experience.
• Advanced degree preferred; master’s in organizational development or related field is a plus.
• 10+ years leading change in large-scale digital transformations across functions and sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize change management strategy across digital transformations.
• Scale support based on initiative complexity and business impact.
• Lead and develop a team of change practitioners; allocate resources.
• Drive large-scale transformations including ERP and application modernizations.
• Assess readiness, identify adoption risks, and translate findings into action plans.
• Engage executives and managers to communicate the business case and reinforce adoption.
