Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Projects for a remote role in the United States. You will lead high-impact initiatives driving efficiency, cost savings, and digital transformation, with clear financial and operational results linked to DT priorities and investments.

You will coordinate planning cycles, translate strategy to execution, and provide strategic leadership for the digital technology narrative to enable mission outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree with 12+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years of experience.
8+ years in strategic planning, program management, and people leadership.
Experience leading multi-year planning cycles (LRP, AOP, SFP).

Responsibilities

Coordinate DT's multi-year and annual planning cycles (SFP, LRP, AOP).
Translate long-range strategy into annual tactical execution with traceability.
Lead strategic initiatives that drive digital transformation and measurable impact.
Provide leadership for the Digital Technology narrative and investments alignment.
Support annual goal alignment to ensure funding matches priorities.
