Job summary

RTX, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Agile Transformation to lead the implementation and scaling of Agile practices across programs. This role will drive organizational agility and enhance program execution in a large, matrixed environment.

The ideal candidate has deep Agile expertise, experience in large-scale transformations, and a proven ability to coach cross-functional teams, with a track record of delivering value in complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 12+ years of Agile implementation experience in large, complex organizations.
• Advanced degree with 10+ years of Agile implementation experience in large, complex organizations is also acceptable.
• Experience as a Product Manager across all phases from concept to sustainment; Strong training material development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives across programs and teams.
• Implement and scale Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, and SAFe frameworks.
• Evaluate tools to enhance communication and collaboration; define KPIs and improve processes.
