You will drive change strategies across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance, manage stakeholder engagement, and craft communications for diverse audiences.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on Change Management experience.
• PROSCI or CCMP certification or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Change Impact Assessments.
• 3+ years of Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement.
• 3+ years of change management communications.
• Proven ability to create executive-level visuals and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global Organizational Change Management strategies.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments to identify impacts on employees and processes.
• Perform Stakeholder Analysis and engage impacted groups.
• Build relationships with leaders and project teams.
• Develop change communication plans aligned with milestones.
• Create communications and leadership updates.
• Translate ERP/SAP changes into clear communications for diverse audiences.
• Assess readiness and identify adoption risks.
• Coordinate change activities across a complex M&A/ERP environment.
