NTT DATA's client is seeking a Change Management & Communications Manager for ERP/M&A transformation in Pittsburgh, PA, with global scope and extensive stakeholder engagement. The role requires hands-on change management for a SAP transition and cross-functional impact across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance functions.

You will lead organizational change activities, develop communications, and partner with senior leaders to drive adoption in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Change Management experience.
• PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• 3+ years of Change Impact Assessments experience.
• 3+ years of Stakeholder Analysis, Engagement, and Management.
• 3+ years of developing and executing change management communication strategies.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong time management, planning and organizational skills.

• Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments to determine impact on employees, processes, roles, and functions.
• Perform Stakeholder Analysis and develop engagement strategies globally.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, functional teams, and project teams.
• Develop and execute change communication plans aligned with milestones.
• Create clear visual communications, presentations, announcements, FAQs, and leadership updates.
• Translate complex ERP changes into simple communications for diverse audiences.
• Assess readiness and identify resistance and adoption risks.
• Support change activities across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Work within a complex ERP/M&A transformation with evolving requirements.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Change Management & Communications Manager to support a fast-paced, complex global ERP transformation program associated with a Merger & Acquisition (M&A) initiative. The program involves transitioning colleagues from an older version of SAP to a newer SAP platform, with significant organizational and process changes across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance functions. The transformation will have a worldwide colleague impact, requiring structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and effective communications. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands‑on Change Management experience, preferably supporting large-scale ERP, SAP, M&A, or enterprise transformation programs. The individual should be comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced and ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities supporting the global ERP transformation.
• Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments to determine the impact of the SAP transition on employees, processes, roles, and business functions.
• Perform Stakeholder Analysis and develop stakeholder engagement strategies for impacted groups globally.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, functional teams, project teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute change communication plans aligned with project milestones and transformation objectives.
• Create clear, engaging, and effective visual communications, presentations, announcements, FAQs, leadership communications, and project updates.
• Translate complex ERP and business‑process changes into simple and effective communications for diverse audiences.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify potential resistance, adoption challenges, and change risks.
• Support change activities across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance functions.
• Work effectively within a complex M&A and ERP transformation environment with evolving requirements.
• Independently manage assigned change activities while coordinating with broader program and business teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables within aggressive project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands‑on Change Management / Organizational Change Management experience.
• PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• 3+ years of strong hands‑on experience conducting Change Impact Assessments.
• 3+ years of Strong experience with Stakeholder Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, and Stakeholder Management.
• 3+ years of proven experience developing and executing change management communication strategies.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong ability to develop visual communications and executive‑level presentations.
• Ability to take direction while working independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and competing priorities.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP transformation or SAP migration programs.
• Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or post‑merger integration initiatives.
• Experience delivering change management for large‑scale global transformation programs.Experience supporting organizational change across Commercial, Manufacturing, and/or Finance functions.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and cross‑functional stakeholder groups.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $55-$62/hour This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
