Job summary

NTT DATA's client is seeking a Change Management & Communications Manager for ERP/M&A transformation in Pittsburgh, PA, with global scope and extensive stakeholder engagement. The role requires hands-on change management for a SAP transition and cross-functional impact across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance functions.

You will lead organizational change activities, develop communications, and partner with senior leaders to drive adoption in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Change Management experience.
• PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• 3+ years of Change Impact Assessments experience.
• 3+ years of Stakeholder Analysis, Engagement, and Management.
• 3+ years of developing and executing change management communication strategies.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong time management, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities supporting the global ERP transformation.
• Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments to determine impact on employees, processes, roles, and functions.
• Perform Stakeholder Analysis and develop engagement strategies globally.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, functional teams, and project teams.
• Develop and execute change communication plans aligned with milestones.
• Create clear visual communications, presentations, announcements, FAQs, and leadership updates.
• Translate complex ERP changes into simple communications for diverse audiences.
• Assess readiness and identify resistance and adoption risks.
• Support change activities across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Work within a complex ERP/M&A transformation with evolving requirements.
• Independently manage change activities while coordinating with program teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables within aggressive timelines.
