Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Change Management Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs. Remote in LATAM with global clients, you will work with stakeholders and technical teams to drive adoption and ensure business outcomes.

The role offers opportunities to lead engagement strategies, develop training, and measure adoption across discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases, while partnering with delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Change Management strategy across technology programs.
• Identify, map, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Perform impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems.
• Define adoption KPIs and measurement frameworks to track success.
• Design and execute communication strategies and messaging plans.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for end users.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with leadership, teams, and employees.
• Create and manage change assets including communications, training materials, and plans.
• Drive adoption activities across discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Support UAT, pilot programs, and go-live readiness activities.
• Partner with technical teams to align change with delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report adoption metrics and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
