Job summary

Progressive Leasing seeks an AI Change Management Consultant to support enterprise AI transformation, working with our lean People team to enable the workforce as roles, tools, and workflows evolve. This is a remote engagement designed to move fast and deliver impact from day one.

You will shape enablement, design adoption programs, coach managers through transition, translate workflows into clear roles and skills, and build practical resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution.
• Experience facilitating real behavior change, not just training or communications.
• Fluency working inside HR/Talent systems (role design, skills, learning, performance).

Responsibilities

• Shape and guide the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes.
• Design and facilitate enablement programs that drive adoption.
• Equip managers to lead teams through transition, including readiness and tougher conversations.
• Translate redesigned workflows into role expectations, skills, and enablement plans.
• Build practical, genuinely usable toolkits, learning experiences, and manager resources.
• Advise and facilitate across Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure enablement lands before accountability shifts.
• Measure progress with leading indicators — behavior change, readiness, friction — rather than vanity metrics.
