Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking an Associate Change Management Consultant for our Google Solutions Line to lead the design, development, and execution of the training and enablement workstream for client change management projects.

You will translate complex technical and process changes into clear learning experiences for end-users, and collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure adoption of Enterprise AI and Google tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years’ instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery experience.
• Expert understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methods.
• Experience managing full training lifecycles for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end training and enablement strategy for projects.
• Develop engaging training content (presentations, job aids, videos, modules).
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with technical teams and clients to translate tech changes into training content.
