Job summary

Improv is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our team in the United States. You will lead the people side of change for client implementations, designing leadership workshops and guiding adoption across Prepare, Manage, and Sustain phases.

Responsibilities include facilitating executive workshops, developing change strategies, coaching sponsors, deploying ADKAR tools, and delivering post-go-live analytics with sustainability plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of organizational change management experience (HCM/WFM tech) in consulting or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and align leadership on change and Prosci methodology.
• Develop integrated change management plan with communications, coaching, training.
• Coach sponsors and leaders; drive adoption and sponsor readiness.
• Analyze post go-live ADKAR data and design reinforcement plans.
• Deliver lessons learned and maturity recommendations to executives.
• Prepare pre-work, readings, and deliverables for each workshop.
